We can always make up a million excuses to why we have no time to workout. Here is a little secret, you can pretty much workout anywhere. You don't have to make it to the gym or do your regular routine to get it done. You don't need a ton of time or fancy equipment and here's the best part! You can even have fun while you do it! What a concept!
Ever since these kids were in my belly they have always been apart of my life style. For us, it is not an option. Do we have time? NO! Nobody ever has the time! But we make time, we make it part of our daily routines just as important as eating, sleeping and breathing. They do not know our lives without it.
I use to be addicted to artificial sweeteners to avoid calories until I got pregnant and then I just quit cold turkey! I never went back. We LOVE popcorn movie nights at our house, popcorn at movie theaters make me cringe and so do most store bought ones. Popcorn is actually a great whole grain with a decent amount of fiber. It is high in antioxidants and several other nutrients. It is the abundance of salt, butter and oil we drown it in that makes the "healthy" part questionable. One cup of plain air popped pop corn only has around 31 calories. That number quickly changes when you add all the extra toppings to it. I was introduced to the DASH Hot Air Popcorn Popper Maker by father in law and we have been obsessed ever since!!! I went ahead and purchased some organic popping kernels, a spray bottle with organic olive oil and some sea salt! I could control the amount of sodium and oil and watching it pop in our air popper never gets old! My love for popcorn returned! My kids all love to spray the olive oil and put their dash of salt in their bowls.
One day I decided to be daring and try a store bought microwavable kind for a quick healthier snack for all the kids playing outside and on the go. I noticed it had monk fruit in it, I was like what the hell is monk fruit?! Well turns out it is in fact a non calorie sweetner, so I was like GREAT! Another artificial sweetener that causes terrible side effects... but monk fruit has no known side effects it is from an actual fruit called "Buddha fruit" from Southeast Asia. I could bore you and tell you how they make it but hopefully you will take my word for it. It is healthy, it is good kettle corn and your kids will love it it is called "BOOM CHICKA POP"!!!

A Craft For All Ages That Helps Expand Their Creativity and Appreciation For what they Made Themselves
Written by KatieMomChamp
Crafts are a major thing in my house, before COVID hit I would just browse Micheals Crafts. Not only do I love that store I love the smell of it haha. It is the ONLY store if I forget something, I am more than happy to turn around and go back!
Finding crafts to do with each of my kids as they get older and are different ages can be a bit challenging but when I do come across a winner that all 3 enjoy including myself, it is a super bonus!!
Stylist are good multi-taskers and Love to get Creative
Written by KatieMomChamp My family is my life. PERIOD. I often get ask why I decided to start training and actually fighting again after fifteen years? I struggle sometimes, more times than not with thinking, is it ok to have time for me? I believe they call that "mom guilt" and it is real, especially in doing something very outside the norm of motherhood. Sometimes I get caught up in ALWAYS wanting to be with my kids and giving them my all ALL the time.

What is your hardest time of the day with or without having kids?

Fifteen years had gone by in a blink and I walked back into Seong Hea's Martial Arts Academy with world champion/trainer Tommy Bach. After what felt like a life time my heart picked up right where it left off, loving kickboxing just as much as I did before I took a long break from it to pursue other things.
