These pictures are when I was twenty two. I went to Jamaica with my brother and his friend and  I remember my exact words on that beach. "Take a photo of me because when I am thirty, I am going to wish I looked like this.

I get  bored very quickly when it comes to the same thing all the time and you know what? So do your muscles. They need change as well.
