It is not the critic who counts;  not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. 

In life there is victory and defeat. That is just life. We all know that.  Sometimes we do our very best and still fall short, and no it doesn't make it ok, as long as in your heart of hearts you can answer yourself honestly. Did I do my very best?? Did I do everything I could?

 Fifteen years had gone by in a blink and I walked back into Seong Hea's Martial Arts Academy with world champion/trainer Tommy Bach. After what felt like a life time my heart picked up right where it left off, loving kickboxing just as much as I did before I took a long break from it to pursue other things.
