How do you find time for your passions? I would really like to know! Passions and hobbies are two different things. I find it difficult being a mother of three small children to keep that balance. I also find it difficult when I lose track of time for myself. Throughout the years I have made it a priority to put myself first at times. But trust me when I say there are days I forget and sometimes I have to actually ask  myself when the last time I showered was. YIKES!!!! I KNOW!!! But that is the reality of my life. I then get myself back on track! If you are truly passionate about something it is amazing how you will find the time and remind yourself on how much that certain something will make you feel.

It kills me to hear people say they do not have time. Nobody REALLY has the time. I think this past year has really helped many slow down and hopefully look at what their lives could be missing. Your passions are what speaks to your soul....No, It YELLS to your soul to feed it what it needs to stay alive. I feel so much for my passions that at times I feel like I bleed them.

Hobbies are awesome as well. Reading a book, playing cards, knitting, coloring, Lego building, cooking, etc. Those things are all great and I need those things in my life as well. But what is deep in your soul? Something that lights you up??? The definition of passion is "Any powerful or compelling emotion or feeling. Strong amorous feeling" 

We give to our families, work, everyday chores, appearances, errands, groceries etc, but we must remember to give back to ourselves. Invest a little in what makes us tick. Repay ourselves with our passions.

You can have all the materialistic things and money in the world, but if you lack passion, it will be hard to reenergize your soul. Your fire will go out and you will just be going through the motions! Don't let your batteries die out. Take hold of your charger and charge your soul up!!
