    Crafts are a major thing in my house, before COVID hit I would just browse Micheals Crafts. Not only do I love that store I love the smell of it haha. It is the ONLY store if I forget something,  I am more than happy to turn around and go back!

   Finding crafts to do with each of my kids as they get older and are different ages can be a bit challenging but when I do come across a winner that all 3 enjoy including myself,  it is a super bonus!!

How else would you explain me being able to color my own hair in my bathroom all while taking care of my kids?! Something I DO NOT recommend haha!

I think all stylists/colorists are great multi-taskers, we kind of  have to be! We also all have our strengths and specialize in them.

      My family is my life. PERIOD. I often get ask why I decided to start training and actually fighting again after fifteen years? I struggle sometimes,  more times than not with thinking, is it ok to have time for me? I believe they call that "mom guilt" and it is real, especially in doing something very outside the norm of motherhood. Sometimes I get caught up in ALWAYS wanting to be with my kids and giving them my all ALL the time. 

        For me I would say mornings. I use to be such an early riser, but being a busy mom of three and two big dogs, has made me want to absorb any sleep or rest I can, which is not much seeing as though my kids like to get an early start around 6:30,  6:00 on school days.

 Fifteen years had gone by in a blink and I walked back into Seong Hea's Martial Arts Academy with world champion/trainer Tommy Bach. After what felt like a life time my heart picked up right where it left off, loving kickboxing just as much as I did before I took a long break from it to pursue other things.
