Tonight as I was walking across our balcony upstairs I noticed my blinds. Nothing irritates me more than blinds that are up like this AND especially uneven.

I just have to ask, Dunkin Donuts coffee or Starbucks? For me, It's Dunkin all the way!!!

 Fifteen years had gone by in a blink and I walked back into Seong Hea's Martial Arts Academy with world champion/trainer Tommy Bach. After what felt like a life time my heart picked up right where it left off, loving kickboxing just as much as I did before I took a long break from it to pursue other things.
